AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P3,400,000.00) FROM CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT OF THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE -INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS (POWER SYSTEM) AND SECURITY SERVICES OF THE SAME OFFICE
Summary: This ordinance reverts Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3,400,000.00) from the Capital Outlay Account of the General Services Department to cover expenses for “Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets (Power System)” and “Security Services” within the same department. Specifically, P2,500,000.00 is reappropriated from “Infrastructure assets-Power Supply System” to “Repair & Maintenance-Infra Assets Power Supply System,” and P900,000.00 from “Building & Other structures-Other Structures” to “Security Services”.
