Summary: This ordinance reverts Thirty Five Million Three Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and Twenty-Five Centavos ($P35,382,435.25$) to unappropriated balance. This amount is then appropriated to fund the implementation of the First Tranche of Salary Standardization Law V, including the augmentation of wages and benefits for casual personnel. Additionally, it will augment the “Other General Services” account to reflect adjustments in rates and the hiring of highly needed personnel.
