Summary: This ordinance authorizes the grant of a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Incentive of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos ($P25,000.00$) to all employees of the Naga City Government. To fund this, Thirty-Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos ($P32,500,000.00$) is reverted to unappropriated balance from savings of certain accounts under the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of various offices, as authorized by Budget Circular 2020-5. This amount is then appropriated to “Other Personnel Benefits (CNA Bonus)” under the Office of the City Mayor.
