Large Ruminants Registration (Certificate of Ownership) and Livestock Shipping Permits, along with Health Certificates, are required from shippers before cattle, carabao, swine and other livestock can be transported outside the city.
Health Certificates are issued to certify that the animals to be transported are alive and do not have any communicable diseases. These are also required for pet dogs and cats before they can be shipped to other areas.
Death Certificates for livestock are needed by crop and livestock insurance companies before they can process claims for indemnity.
The City Veterinary Office issues these permits and certificates.
